Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using GridView Pro ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

GridView Pro is licensed, not sold. Upon purchase through the Mac App Store, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on any Mac devices associated with your Apple ID, subject to Apple's standard Mac App Store terms.

Description of Service

GridView Pro is a macOS application that enables multi-panel web browsing with professional templates and smart content detection. The App displays third-party websites using Apple's WebKit framework. We do not control or endorse the content of any third-party websites displayed within the App.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use GridView Pro in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App

Third-Party Content

GridView Pro displays content from third-party websites. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or content of these sites. Your use of third-party websites through GridView Pro is subject to those websites' own terms of service and privacy policies.

Intellectual Property

GridView Pro, including its design, features, and code, is the intellectual property of GridView Pro and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Smart Content Detection system is patent pending.

Disclaimer of Warranties

GridView Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any trading, investment, or financial decisions made while using the App.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GridView Pro and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to financial losses from trading or investment activities.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple through the Mac App Store according to their refund policy.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
